At NEENDI, we are dedicated to giving our customers the most comfortable and stylish sleep. If your pajamas aren't the right fit or you're just not vibing with your purchase, we are happy to offer returns and exchanges within 14-days of receiving your order to make it right!

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of sending the product(s) back, unless the product is damaged. Items sent back to us without first initiating a return via our Return & Exchange portal will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please note that items must not be worn, altered, or washed, and must have all tags attached. Before you try on our products, please be cautious of anything that may stain our product, like makeup, tanning lotion, deodorant, perfume or food/drink stains as well as animal hair. Any stains and signs of wear will make your return subject to refusal. We reserve the right to determine if merchandise is in salable and proper condition. Merchandise that is determined to be unsalable along with non-NEENDI products will be discarded. NEENDI is not liable to send these item(s) back to the customer.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Our website can only accept online returns or exchanges for items purchased on neendi.com. In the event of a product or manufacturing defect, please contact us at hello@neendi.com with photos of any defects or issues within 7 days of receiving your order. We'd love to make things right for you! Warranty claims are suspended if the merchandise was subject to misuse or improper care. If NEENDI determines that the returned merchandise is not defective or damaged, the item will not be sent back and, instead, will be treated as a return. 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
