How do I track my order?

Your tracking number can be found in your shipping confirmation email. You can also access your order status and shipping information by signing into your NEENDI account.

What are my shipping options?

We offer USPS ground shipping for a flat rate of $8 anywhere in the USA and free shipping on orders over $200.

For standard orders, the processing time is up to 5 business days after the order is received. All orders placed after 12PM EST or on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

I didn't receive my order. Who should I contact?

If you have not received your order and believe it is lost, please email hello@neendi.com at your earliest convenience so that we can find a solution for you ASAP. Please report lost packages to us within 7 business days of the original delivery date.

Please note that if a package has been delivered to the correct shipping address that was provided at checkout and/or has been signed for upon delivery, we cannot be held responsible for that package.

My order had missing or incorrect items. Who should I contact?

We do our best to send you the exact order you submitted and apologize for any inconvenience. In most missing item cases, there was a stock availability issue wherein an item has sold out and will not ship. We hope to mitigate those issues by notifying you promptly and refunding the item from your order. You will never be charged for unfulfilled merchandise.

What is Neendi's return & exchange policy?

NEENDI will gladly accept your return or exchange on all unworn merchandise for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

How do I track the status of my return?

Returns are processed soon after we receive them. However, if you have checked your return shipment tracking, and it's been longer than 10 business days please feel free to contact us at hello@neendi.com. You will receive a return confirmation email once your return has been processed.

Once processed by us, it can take up to 10 additional business days for the refund to update on your card. If your refund is not reflected on your bank card within 10 business days of your refund confirmation, we recommend contacting your bank.

What items are not eligable for return or exchange?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

How do I place an order?

We recommend signing up for an account before placing an order for easy tracking and fast checkout but you can also checkout as a guest. We accept all major credit cards and services such as GooglePay.

Can I cancel or change an order?

We are unable to cancel or change your order. Once orders are placed they are immediately sent to us for processing. We recommend returning the order within the given 14 day return period.

Product

How do I find the right size?

Our products fit true to size, so we recommend purchasing your usual pajama and/or clothing size. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up. Please expect fabric to shrink slightly after first wash.

Please take note of our Size & Fit section on the product page for every style which informs the fit of each item as well as model sizing information for reference. You can also refer to our Size Chart on the product page for every style for measurement information.

How do I take care of my Neendi pajamas?

We recommend washing our fabrics in cold water in a delicate cycle with like colors and hanging to dry for long-lasting wear and optimal fabric care.

Please do not bleach, wring or dry clean. For ironing, we recommend low heat.
