Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with NEENDI. The following policy reflects our actual fulfillment and shipping process.


Domestic Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders placed before 2:00 PM PST are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays begin processing the next business day.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may extend by a few days. If we anticipate a significant delay, we will contact you via email.


Where We Ship

NEENDI currently ships within the United States only. All orders ship from Monterey, California.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Orders under $200 ship for a flat rate of $8.
Orders $200 or more ship free.

We primarily use the following carriers based on weight, cost, and delivery address:

  • UPS Ground (primary carrier)
  • UPS Ground Saver (used for eligible lightweight packages to reduce cost while maintaining reliable tracking)
  • USPS Priority Mail (for PO boxes and select small packages when rates are more favorable)

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or weather.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

NEENDI is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email that includes:

  • The carrier used
  • Your tracking number
  • A link to track your package

Tracking numbers typically activate within 24 hours.


How to Check the Status of Your Order

You can check your order status anytime by:

  1. Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email,
  2. Visiting UPS.com or USPS.com and entering your tracking number, or
  3. Logging into your NEENDI account and viewing your order history.

If your tracking shows Delivered but the package is missing:

Please check:

  • Your mailbox, porch, and side doors
  • With neighbors
  • With your building or mailroom
  • Carrier delivery notes on the tracking page

If your package still hasn’t appeared within 48 hours, email us at hello@neendi.com so we can help investigate.


Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items

Damaged Packages
NEENDI is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.


If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Please save all packaging materials and the damaged goods
  2. Contact the shipment carrier (UPS or USPS) to file a claim directly
  3. Email us at hello@neendi.com with your order number and photos so we can help guide you through next steps
Lost Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package, please:


  • Check your mailbox, porch, or side door
  • Check with neighbors or your building’s mailroom
  • Review carrier delivery notes on the tracking page

If your package is still missing after 48 hours, email us at hello@neendi.com so we can assist in initiating a carrier investigation.

NEENDI is not liable for packages lost by the carrier but will support you in the claims process.

Missing Items

If an item is missing from your package:

  1. Review your order confirmation to confirm what should be included
  2. Check all packaging
  3. Email us within 7 days of delivery at hello@neendi.com with:

    • Your order number
    • The missing item
    • Photos of the packaging (if possible)

We will review the fulfillment log and correct any mistakes promptly.


Returns & Exchanges

Products may be returned within 14 days if they are unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

To begin a return or exchange, use our Return & Exchange Portal. Items sent back without initiating a return through the portal will not be accepted.

If the item was received as a gift, the recipient is responsible for sending it back to NEENDI; refunds go to the original purchaser.

Once your return is received and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method and send a confirmation email.
