At NEENDI, product safety and quality are important to us. We are currently conducting Proposition 65 compliance testing on our products and materials as part of our commitment to meeting applicable regulatory requirements.

In 1986, California voters approved the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act, commonly known as Proposition 65. Proposition 65 requires businesses to provide warnings if consumers may be exposed to certain chemicals identified by the State of California as causing cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm above established safety thresholds.

The Proposition 65 list includes hundreds of naturally occurring and synthetic chemicals that may be found in a wide variety of consumer products, manufacturing materials, foods, and environmental sources. The presence of a chemical on the Proposition 65 list does not necessarily mean that a product is unsafe.

NEENDI is actively evaluating its products through third-party testing to determine whether any Proposition 65 warnings are required. If testing indicates that a warning is necessary, we will provide clear and appropriate notice in accordance with California law.
